Dear Burger,

When your beef is freshly ground and salted and seared to medium rare you are the finest sandwich on earth. You are great with mushrooms and mayo on brioche, or with cheddar and ketchup (and mayo) on a hard roll. You even taste good on a toasty English muffin. Just stop, you're torturing me.
